Detail Information:
- made by using high quality heavy gauge SS with leak proof argon ARC welding.
- hydraulically tested to hold off the working pressure 2.5 times.
- Steam boiler incorporates pressure gauge, automatic pressure control device, water level indicator, low water cut off device and also safety valve as a safety device.
- Steam evacuated from 2 different walls whenever required.
- It is available in various technical specifications.
- It works on 220/230 or 440 Volts, 3 phases, 50 Hz AC supply.
Features:
- The Inner/Outer chamber, steam jacket & boiler are made of heavy gauge S. S
- leak proof argon ARC welding.
- The space between the outer chamber & steam jacket is filled with glass wool to minimize thermal losses.
- hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure.
- Steam boiler fitted with water level indicator, pressure gauge,
- low water cut off device & automatic pressure control device.
- Fitted with safety valve as a safety device.
- Drain valve fitted at the side bottom for easy draining/ clearing.
- This offers complete safety to the working personnel.
- Two separate valves are provided for evacuating steam from inner chamber & jacket as & when desired.
